The blends have come from many years of study in herbal medicine, under the wise guidance of Cath Minter, of Tea Lady teas. With a restaurant of our own - the award winning Willow Restaurant, which focused on organic, local and seasonal produce, it seemed fitting that I created the teas...it became such a big hit, that it warranted a business of its own, and here it is!!
